You must promptly update your registration information if it changes. j2bat accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j2bat login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your j2bat account will be treated as authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact j2bat support immediately.
j2bat is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and as part of ongoing anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. You will be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:
j2bat reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC. j2bat does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals at the platform level. Your bank, mobile wallet provider, or blockchain network may apply their own standard transaction fees. j2bat accepts no liability for third-party fees applied during payment processing.
All account balances are maintained in PKR. USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the exchange rate prevailing at the time the deposit is confirmed. j2bat applies a standard conversion spread; the applicable rate will be displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
All bets and game rounds placed through j2bat are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport. In the event of a technical error or malfunction during a game or bet settlement, j2bat reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return the stake to the player's account. j2bat's decision on void bets and game malfunction scenarios is final.
Cricket betting on j2bat, including PSL markets, international T20I, ODI, and Test matches, is governed by the published betting rules for each market type. Match abandonment, delayed-start, and weather-affected match rules are documented within the sportsbook under "Betting Rules". All live betting markets are subject to odds fluctuations; once a bet is confirmed by j2bat, the stated odds are locked for that wager.
